Take Me To Your Peaceful Places
Deep and grounded, this landscape is at once incredibly peaceful and comforting, while also asking us to live fully and love greatly. The washy landscape is screen, lush, and activating, the sky is gentle and light. Strength and gentleness. Grace and power. Lush and airy.
I had some help with this piece — a tiny studio-mate with a passionate spirit and quick hands. ;) We work alongside one another often and his additions frequently are worked into the layers of the finished pieces.

Oil tinted canvas is built layer by layer until a landscape emerges — glowing and complex. This piece is absolutely gorgeous and seems to radiate light and tremendous feelings of peace.
